Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any e-liquids. If there are any problems with your order please contact us and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue and offer store credit or replacement where applicable. Hardware purchases are covered in case of DOA – if your item is defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for further instruction.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, please contact us immediately and we will issue an appropriate refund.
Refunds for purchases paid in cryptocurrency will be processed at the current exchange rate for that cryptocurrency. If the value of the coin/token you paid with has changed since you completed your purchase, the amount of crypto refunded to you may differ from the amount paid. In the case of some coins, we may be unable to offer a refund in the same cryptocurrency the order was completed with. In these cases we can issue eligible refunds in the form of a different (mutually agreed upon) cryptocurrency, store credit, or cash (CAD). Any network transaction (mining) fees incurred are not collected by us and are non-refundable.
